All you need to know
We look forward to meeting you in Chianti, Italy at Borgo di Pietrafitta Relais on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, when our little village will be available for check-in for all guests.
Check-in begins at 3pm.
We will not be hosting dinner on Wednesday evening, but we recommend that our guests check out the surrounding area.

We also recommend checking out the town of Castellina in Chianti (5 minute drive), Siena (40 minute drive), and San Gimignano (50 minute drive).

Morning: Please join us downstairs between 8 am and 10 am in the wine cellar (near the check-in desk) for breakfast each morning. Breakfast ends at 10 am.
Afternoon: We will be hosting activities for those who are interested in participating. More details to come.
Evening: Please join us for a welcome event starting at 5pm til late. Fresh pizza will be made and served.
Dress for the evening Welcome Event is Italian Summer.
Think light colors, midi-length or long dresses, summer fabrics. If you plan to wear heels please note the event is outside on the grass.We are happy to invite you to join our special day.
Pre-Ceremony beverages will be served starting at 5pm.
The Ceremony will begin at 6pm.
Aperitivo Hour will take place behind the Main Villa adjacent to the Gardens.
A coursed dinner will be served in front of the Main Villa.
Dancing until late, after party to follow.Dress is Black Tie.
Guests are encouraged to wear flats or block heels due to grass and gravel.
Guests are also welcomed to change into party outfits for the after party.
For those awake, breakfast will be served in the cellar from 8am-10am.
At 1pm, the party continues with a day by the pool.
Please join us at the Infinity Pool for a late brunch and dancing.
Indulge in a selection of spritzes, gelato and poolside grilling.
Dress is Italian Riviera.
Think linen, swimwear and coverups.
Checkout is at 10 am.
