When is the RSVP deadline?

Kindly RSVP by March 1, 2026. Your reply will help us finalize plans for the weekend’s events. If we have not heard from you by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

When should I plan to arrive?

The Borgo is booked for our exclusive use from Wednesday, July 8 through Sunday, July 12. We hope that you can join us Wednesday afternoon and late evening for informal gatherings.

The formal welcome event is on Thursday, July 9. If you do not plan to attend this event, please let us know in the RSVP form.

We encourage all of our guests to use the time before and after our wedding to travel around Italy and elsewhere. Our recommendations of where to travel and stay in Tuscany and the surrounding areas can be found here.

Where do I stay?

We have reserved the entire Borgo estate from Wednesday night through Sunday morning so that all invited guests may stay on the Borgo property and guests may enjoy a seamless and effortless stay steps from every weekend event.

For those wishing to stay on-site, the accommodation rate is $200 per night, which may be settled directly with the couple before March 1, 2026.

How do I pay for the Borgo lodging?

After you RSVP, you will receive a secure payment link from Stripe with the total amount for the lodging based on your guest count and nights selected. You can pay by credit or debit card. If you missed the email, you can also pay via the links below.

For those wishing to join us for all four nights, payment can be remitted here: 4-Night Stay

For those wishing to join us for fewer than four nights, payment can be remitted here: 1 to 3-Night Stay

Is staying on the Borgo required?

Not at all. While staying on-site offers the ease of being together on the property, guests are welcome to make independent arrangements in the surrounding area. However, we will not be providing transportation to or from any other accommodations.

What does the on-site stay include?

A pre-assigned room or apartment from Wednesday evening through Sunday morning, along with the comfort of arriving and settling in without any logistical planning. Your stay also includes daily breakfast hosted by the Borgo, lunches hosted by the couple, daily housekeeping, and a small welcome gift from the couple.

Can I arrive later or depart earlier?

Of course. Simply let us know your preferred dates, and we will ensure your room is ready when you are.

How do I get to the Borgo?

Please consult the Travel page for arrival options. Our guests traveling from within Europe may find it easiest to connect through Florence or Pisa. Our guests traveling from the United States may find it easiest to connect through Florence or Rome. We will not be providing transportation from any airport or train station to the Borgo.

Should I rent a car?

Yes. There are no other forms of transportation in our area of Tuscany, including taxi or Uber services, and transportation to and from the Borgo will not be provided. While all of the hosted events will be held on the Borgo property, please plan to rent a car to explore the area and to travel to and from your arrival city. There are multiple car rental companies located nearby in Siena (approx. 40 min drive), or in any major Italian city.

There is parking on-site at the Borgo.

What should I wear?

The dress code for each event is listed on each day and can be found on the dropdowns here, along with mood boards for inspiration. It will be warm, but the Borgo is located at the top of a hill, and so the evenings may be chilly. If you plan to wear heels, please note that much of the venue is gravel and grass. Heel caps for stiletto shoes will be provided.

What if I cannot attend every day of the celebrations?

That is not an issue, just let us know on the RSVP form so that we can plan accordingly.

Should I bring a gift?

We appreciate that all of our closest friends and family have made the trip to celebrate this special occasion with us. Your presence and support is a gift in and of itself, and anything additional is unnecessary. To the extent you still wish to give a gift, you are welcome to contribute to our honeymoon fund which can be found here.

Are children invited
?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children at any of the wedding events and they are not able to stay on the property.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those to whom we have specifically addressed RSVP cards. We are looking forward to hosting an intimate event with our closest friends and family.

Is there a wedding party/what color is the wedding party wearing?

There is no wedding party, please feel free to wear whatever color suits you best, though we would ask that women do not wear white.

What meals will be provided?

Breakfast will be provided each day from 8am-10am.

On Wednesday, no meals will be coordinated. Guests should plan to eat dinner off of the property. Recommendations for nearby restaurants can be found on the itinerary for July 8, here.

On Thursday, lunch will be provided through the various activities we will be hosting, should you choose to attend those, and dinner will be provided at the Welcome Event.

On Friday, lunch and the wedding dinner will be provided.

On Saturday, brunch/lunch will be provided during the pool party. Guests are invited to attend dinner with us at Ristorante Nuvolari at the bottom of Borgo estate.

On Sunday, no meals will be coordinated, but breakfast will be available before check-out.

Who do I ask any other questions?

You should reach out to our lovely wedding planner and coordinator. Her contact information will be provided closer to the date of the wedding. We also encourage guests to refer to the WhatsApp group, which will be created closer to the wedding date and which will have information for each day of the wedding celebrations.
